- We keep only what the studio needs to manage your bookings.
- Never sold, never used for marketing.
- Deleted two years after your last booking.
Who is responsible
C6LabYoga, a yoga studio in Barcelona. You can reach the studio on WhatsApp.
What we keep
Your name, email and phone number (if the studio adds you on site, one of them may be missing), the classes you book, your attendance and payment (yes/no) and the date you gave your consent.
Why
To manage your bookings and to let you know if a class changes.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you book. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees your details
The studio's administrators, the teacher of the class you booked and the company that hosts the website. Nobody else.
How long
We delete your details two years after the last class you booked. Encrypted backup copies are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the studio on WhatsApp. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
No marketing
We never send you marketing emails.
